Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field (GPA ≥ 3.20). At least 5 years of work experience in implementing and managing HRIS systems. Coverage modules include : Core (Organization Development, Personnel Management, Employee Life Cycle Workflow), Time Management, Performance Management, Recruitment. Proficiency in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a must. Ability to work effectively in a team with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Experience with Darwinbox Application. Mid-Senior level Full-time Information Technology Professional Services

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customer HR to identify business needs and requirements.
- Work with the team to develop migration plans and provide data related to business needs.
- Map business needs to system capabilities and provide system solutions to meet business needs.
- Conduct system configuration, demos, user acceptance testing, system integration testing, and key user training.
- Maintain and provide support to clients, including technical advice, creating reports, data analysis, and data correction.
- Prepare project deliverables such as system solution designs and user guides.
