What You’ll Do :

  • Gather and analyze business and system requirements to support project planning and solution design.
  • Create clear documentation, including requirement specs, workflows, and testing plans.
  • Work closely with developers, product owners, and testers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Perform system testing, identify issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements :

  • Educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Having at least 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst.
  • Good understanding of UML, system design, and SQL or PL / SQL.
  • Familiar with tools like Figma or ClickUp UML and experience in web, mobile, or API testing.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Supply Chain or Telecommunication systems is a plus.
