Summary

Now we are looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and enthusiastic – Food & Beverage Divisional Trainer with a strong background and experience in Food and beverage for Hospitality and a passion for sharing knowledge, coaching, and Learning and development to join our energetic, enthusiastic and passionate team at Grand Hyatt Bali.

The Food & Beverage Divisional Trainer will be responsible for developing training materials and conducting sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of food and beverage employees.

As a Food & Beverage Divisional Trainer, you will be reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage and below are some of the key responsibilities :

  • Implement comprehensive training programs for various roles within the food and beverage department
  • Ensuring they align with Hyatt's standards and brand values.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance guest service, focusing on interpersonal skills, guest engagement, and problem-solving, consistent with Hyatt's renowned service standards.
  • Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to employees.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.
  • Maintain a strong focus on product knowledge, service standards, and guest interaction
  • Collect and analyses feedback from Manager & employee to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Make data-driven adjustments to continuously improve training.
  • Monitoring and assessing staff performance to maintain consistent, high-quality food and beverage service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of solid experience as Divisional Traininer in a large 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
  • Has a solid background of working in a high demand business environment.
  • Has strong leadership skills, train and develop team, and is a role model.
  • Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken.
  • Has proven track of working with timelines and targets.
  • Highly conscientious and diligent.
  • Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields. A Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
