Job Description

Join the ID rental fleet team! In the fleet team we identify opportunities, develop fleet supply strategies, maintain vehicles, and secure asset deals with internal and external partners. Based in our BSD pool, you will report to the Fleet Management Lead and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

You will support aftersales operations, focusing on vehicle maintenance, body repair, process engineering, and data analysis to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Manage fleet and pool operations with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ensure accuracy in technical data and analysis.
• Identify operational efficiencies while standardizing processes and goals.
• Maintain relationships with partners, including vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor and improve service‑level agreement performance to align with needs.
