Responsibilities

Deploystandardsystemsandprocessesfortheprojectreviewsandbringinconsistencytoensurecommonprojectcontrol processesarefollowedfor all projects
LeverageexistingtoolsandsystemstooptimizetheProject ControlProcesses
ImplementationofthestandardProjectControlstoolsetsandworkprocessesonallprojectsassignedwithinregionalOperations.
Setupofprojectsschedules,tracking,reporting,highlightsdeviationsandproposesrecoveryplans.
SetupofprojectcontrolstoolsforBudgetcontrolandmonitoringprojectEarnedValueandproductivity.
AssistinProjecttimesheetcoordinationandmanagement.
SupporttheProjectManagersinmanagingprojectreview,controlandreportingprocesses.
Support Project Manager in planning, scheduling and cost control including monthly review and audit onProjects,settingup ofProjectVision (PV)
Performmonthlyreviews,projectsgatingreviews(supportaffiliates)andauditonprojects.
Assistprojectmanagertocoordinateinternalprojectreviewsandpreparationofmonthlyprojectreports.
AssistthePMintrackingandmonitoringprojectvariationwithrespecttobudget&scheduleandchangemanagement.
EnsuretheProjectControlpoliciesandproceduresareconsistentlyappliedontheprojects.

You MUST HAVE

Relevant degree or diploma qualification desired, likely to be in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or Building Services.

Project management education or certification desirable

Membership of a QS or Contract Law body (. AIQS, RICS) is an advantage

Thorough knowledge of Projects field operations and financial processes and reporting tools (including ERP systems)

Experience in quantity surveying / cost management / contract administration on construction projects is essential

Experience of Contract Law and Security of Payment Acts preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office package skills (. Excel, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint
