Job Description
As a Manager of Branch that plans, directs, monitors, and controls the marketing operational activities in the branch which include sales & distribution, logistics, and finance to support all branch office operations running smoothly, effectively, efficiently, and according to procedures and company regulations.
- All the managerial aspect need to translate directorate strategy into department action plan and implement it; Resources budget allocation; People & Organization; Stakeholders Management; Evaluate and Report Progress of Department Action Plan; Manage Business Process; Comply with internal regulation (refer to job mission).
- Develop and implement a regular branch operation plan, including an annual business plan and quarterly action plans.
- Conduct and monitor monthly sales goals and activities through periodic performance analyses.
- Manage plans to expand sales outlet coverage and product distribution.
- Establish and oversee ISM strategies across channels and regions.
- Implement HO promotion programs and develop and execute AMO promotion programs.
- Coordinate data collection process for market analysis, prepare summary reports on competitor activities and market intelligence; share best practices in sales.
- Review and approve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales closures and managing sales proceeds.
- Oversee risk management related to safety, security, and incidents.
- Prevent and monitor instances of fraud and misconduct.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Indonesia.At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the Tobacco Company and 3 Year(s) as a Manager in Tobacco Company and is required for this position.Required Skill(s) : Branch Operation, Sales Management, Territory Management.Have a good knowledge of customer culture in the Jambi area and its surroundings.Have a good leadership skill and manage people.#J-18808-Ljbffr
