Job Description
The Restaurant Manager is to manage assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre in the F&B Division in sections appointed, to maximize profits, maintain food / beverage / service quality, staff performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years experience in an international class hotel
- Certificate / Diploma in food and beverage / hospitality management
- Computer literate
- Oral and written fluency in English
- Good communication skills
- Motivator and self-starters
- Displays initiative

- Strong command of the F&B operations
