Bali Bliss Estates is hiring a Villa Attendant (Housekeeping) to join our growing operations team in Canggu Bali.

We’re looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and proud to deliver high standards in luxury villa hospitality.

Job Location

Canggu, Bali - Live in option available.

Full-time (8 hrs a day - 48 hrs a week)

Villa Attendant – Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of luxury guest villas (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces)

Change linens, restock amenities, and ensure villas are 100% guest-ready

Assist with check-in and check-out processes

Report any maintenance or damage issues to villa supervisor

Ensure high standards of hygiene, comfort, and attention to detail

Support team operations as needed for smooth villa management

Keep close communication with the villa supervisor

Work together with the team of Bali Bliss Estates

Can make breakfast

Qualifications

Has got Indonesian Nationality

Has work experience abroad and used to high standards

Previous housekeeping experience in villas or hotels preferred

Physically fit and professional appearance

Very Good English communication skills

Honest, self-starter, responsible, and detail-focused

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Friendly and hospitality minded

Can think in solutions and willing to learn in a 5

Can start asap

1 x max extra performance bonus (1 x extra month salary) per year

Monthly guest bonus that guest stay of IDR 50.000 per day extra
