Finance Manager

Job Description

Review and validate payment transactions and expenses.

Conduct reconciliation of expenses and income.

Optimize financial resources through managing cash flow and foreign exchange transactions.

Analyze financial data and present insights to senior management.

Develop and lead a high-performing finance team.

Coordinate external audits and ensure prompt submission of audited financial statements.

Maintain compliance with tax regulations and collaborate with external tax advisors.

Requirements :

Proficient in speaking and writing reports in English (you will be exposed to multi-cultural stakeholders)

Experience in retail and E-Commerce, with a large volume of transactions, will be an advantage.

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Have at least 7 years of proven experience in a similar finance, treasury, AP / AR role.

Possesses strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial regulations.

Be proficient in financial modelling and the use of financial software.

Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
