BRILiaN Future Leader Program (BFLP) Business Enabler adalah program management trainee unggulan Bank BRI yang mempersiapkan calon pemimpin masa depan di berbagai fungsi perbankan.

Yang akan kamu lakukan

Tugas dan tanggung jawab kamu :

  • Rotasi di berbagai peran untuk memahami operasional dan fungsi pendukung perbankan secara menyeluruh.
  • Bekerja sama dengan pemimpin senior dan mentor untuk memahami strategi bisnis inti, ekspektasi nasabah, dan perubahan industri.
  • Melakukan analisis keuangan, evaluasi efisiensi proses, serta memberikan ide inovatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan kinerja bisnis.
  • Berpartisipasi dalam proyek strategis yang selaras dengan prioritas seperti inklusi keuangan, inovasi digital, dan keunggulan operasional.
  • Mengembangkan potensi kepemimpinan dengan mengambil inisiatif, berkolaborasi lintas tim, dan mendorong hasil di setiap rotasi.

Tentang Kamu

Kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan :

  • Lulusan S1 atau S2 dari universitas terkemuka.
  • Terbuka untuk semua jurusan.
  • Memiliki prestasi akademik atau non-akademik yang terbukti.
  • Aktif dalam organisasi dan inisiatif komunitas, serta memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan yang terbukti.
  • Memiliki skor TOEFL atau TOEFL Prediction minimal 500, IELTS minimal 5,5, atau sertifikat kemampuan bahasa Inggris setara dari lembaga resmi.
  • Batas usia : Lulusan S1 maksimal 25 tahun (belum berusia 26 tahun per 31 Desember 2025), lulusan S2 maksimal 27 tahun (belum berusia 28 tahun per 31 Desember 2025).
  • Belum menikah dan bersedia tidak menikah selama satu tahun masa program trainee.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh kantor BRI di Indonesia.
