Metso is looking for a self-driven and motivated Senior Manager, Product Commercial Support, Hydrometallurgy (APA & China) . This role will work closely with market area teams to grow the Hydro-met service business in APA & China region. This role is based in Indonesia.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Responsible for supporting and / or leading sales for Hydrometallurgy in the APA & China geographical region
- Constantly seeks new ways to sell and develops alternative business models.
- Ensure effective value co-creation with the Customer.
- Responsible for the value argumentation, value proposition and win plan of the cases and overall for the technology
- Responsible for supporting and / or leading Life Cycle Service Sales in the APA & China with special focus on Performance Based business models
- Provide market area level Product Group level business forecast together with the sales team
- Understands the market, competition and the industry best practices for Hydro-met and ensures that the sales case is built accordingly
- Collects customer and competitor information as per BL / Product Group requirements
- Support in Product Group level sales funnel generation ensures quotation process data for specific case is appropriate.
- Coaching and training of market area service sales teams (offering and ways to sell) and constantly seeks for best practices with the company.
- Ensures timely progress of the sales case from lead to proposal and negotiations.
- Ensures profitability of the sales cases and the business segment
- Ensures compliance with sales process, proposal and risk management procedures.
- Support the warranty process, inspection report reviews, recommendations, and solution definitions.
- Ensure proper fulfilment of all QEHS rules and regulations of Metso and the Customers.
- Ensures compliance with sales process, proposal, and risk management procedures in the cases.
WHO YOU ARE : Essential
Relevant university degree, technical trade qualification or advance diploma with 7+ years in relevant field.Solid minerals processing experience (7+ years)Solid minerals processing market and industry understanding and experience (7+ years)Solid commercial understanding and experienceSolid sales and service business understanding and experienceFluent in English communication skills both written and verballyMust have current motor vehicle license and passport.Must be able to travel from time to time by motor vehicle and commercial flights.Desirable
