Remote Senior ReactJS Engineer

Scopic is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer (JavaScript, ReactJS, AWS) to join our remote team of innovators. This full‑time, remote position offers flexibility, a consistent workload, and the opportunity to grow alongside a global team of software professionals.

Responsibilities

• Design and build modern, responsive web applications using JavaScript and the ReactJS ecosystem.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable code in line with best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement advanced front‑end features including video / audio playback, WebSocket communication, state management, and security enhancements.
• Leverage AWS services to create robust, scalable, and secure cloud‑native applications.
• Containerize applications using Docker to ensure consistency across environments.
• Perform code reviews and support continuous improvement through feedback and knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot bugs, resolve performance issues, and optimize for usability and efficiency.
• Stay current with new trends and advancements in frontend development and cloud computing.
