Job descriptionPendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi (IPK minimal 3.00 dari 4.00) Memiliki sertifikat brevet A & B Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun dalam posisi Accounting Berpengalaman di bidang Account Payable & Impor barang lebih diutamakan Memiliki kemampuan dalam menggunakan komputer terutama Microsoft office dan fasih dengan aplikasi SAP lebih diutamakan Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik Memiliki kemampuan leadership yang baik Detail, teliti, disiplin dan bertanggungjawab Dapat bekerja sama dalam tim
Job Responsibility
- Memeriksa bank voucher yang dikeluarkan Treasury dengan kelengkapan dokumen pendukung
- Memeriksa AP Import dan tagihan Subcont RS
- Memeriksa AP Voucher Kantor Pusat (3rd parties & afiliasi) yang dibuat oleh staff dengan dokumen pendukung
- Memeriksa pengajuan kas bon dan claim Kantor Pusat
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan BOM / BOS di cabang-cabang dalam operasional finance sell thru cabang
- Memeriksa kas bon dan pengeluaran operasional sell thru di cabang yang diminta oleh setiap department di Kantor Cabang (11 cabang)
- Mengkoordinasi kantor cabang dalam penyetoran dan pelaporan PPh 21 dan PPh 23
- Mengontrol pertanggungjawaban uang muka perjalanan dan uang muka operational sell thru cabang
- Memeriksa laporan TMMT
- Memeriksa Import card
- Membantu pekerjaan Finance Controller lainnya
