As we enter a new phase of growth, GSM is expanding operations to Indonesia, and we are seeking an experienced and visionary Human Resources Director to lead the People & Administration function in this critical market.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Leadership : Develop and implement a localized HR strategy aligned with GSM’s business goals and regional people agenda
• People Operations & Compliance : Ensure all HR processes, practices, and systems are compliant with Philippine labor regulations and aligned with company policies
• Performance & Culture : Drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, leadership development, and high-performance culture
• Compensation & Benefits : Oversee the design and execution of competitive and equitable C&B frameworks for the Philippine market
• Administration & Internal Operations : Set up and manage administrative operations including office management, vendor coordination, and local regulatory requirements
• Cross-Border Collaboration : Serve as the primary HR liaison between the Philippine entity and regional / global HR teams
