Key Responsibilities

  • Develop group financial strategies and policies in alignment with the Board of Directors’ directives.
  • Supervise the preparation of the group’s consolidated financial statements in accordance with financial standards.
  • Ensure the implementation of the Group Financial Reporting Template across all subsidiaries.
  • Oversee budget planning, cash flow projections, and financial performance analysis.
  • Monitor the group’s tax compliance and provide advisory support for strategic transactions.
  • Manage treasury functions, including liquidity, financing, investment, and financial risk management.
  • Provide financial analysis to support investment decisions and business strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with external auditors, regulators, and financial partners.
  • Lead the Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Treasury teams to achieve organizational targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Financial Management.
  • Minimum 5 years in finance, accounting, tax, and treasury.
  • At least 5 years in managerial or senior leadership roles.
  • Experience in the same industry or business line is required.
  • Proven ability to consolidate financial statements across entities and manage intercompany cash flows.
  • Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis : Develop and implement short- and long-term financial strategies.
  • Tax Planning & Compliance : Ensure group-wide tax compliance, implement tax efficiency strategies, and handle tax audits.
  • Treasury & Cash Management : Manage liquidity, funding, investments, and maintain relationships with financial institutions.
  • Financial Analysis & Decision Making : Analyze financial situations and provide accurate, data-driven business recommendations.
  • Fluent in English, required for external communication with banks, auditors, and investors.
