Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our food and beverage offerings across various channels.
Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and paid media, to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
Create and manage content for social media platforms, websites, and promotional materials, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s voice and identity.
Plan and execute events, product launches, and promotions that engage customers and increase brand awareness.
Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and support business goals.
Conduct market research and monitor trends to understand consumer preferences and develop strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring all campaigns deliver strong ROI.
Foster relationships with influencers, partners, and media to amplify brand messaging.
Track and analyze the performance of all marketing initiatives using KPIs and data insights to optimize campaigns.
Ensure that all marketing activities adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Requirements
Min Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field.
2 years of experience in marketing, within the food and beverage industry (restaurants, food products, or similar sectors).
Strong digital marketing skills, including expertise in social media marketing, SEO, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
Proven ability to create and manage engaging content for food and beverage brands.
Experience with event marketing, product promotions, and brand positioning in the competitive food & beverage market.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in monitoring KPIs and using data insights to guide decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creativity and an understanding of food trends, customer preferences, and market demands.
Familiarity with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
Preferred Skills & Knowledge
Experience with food photography, graphic design tools (like Canva, Photoshop, etc.), or content creation for Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok.
Knowledge of sustainability trends and health-conscious consumer behavior in the food industry.
