Tech Lead

1. Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia is a must;

2. More than 4 years of Java development experience, possess good Java foundation, proficiency in any JVM language such as Java / Groovy / Kotlin, proficiency in MVC programming ideas and Spring architecture;

3. Proficiency in application development such as Spring Boot / Spring Cloud / Eureka / Spring Config Server;

4. Proficiency in Docker basic knowledge, master Docker Compose;

5. Familiar with MySQL / MongoDB database design and application development;

6. Proficiency in software development process, with good system analysis and design capabilities;

7. Familiar with Linux development, familiar with commonly used SHELL commands;

8. In-depth application and research on caching technology (Redis / Memcached, etc.);

9. Have good code writing habits and pay attention to code specifications;

10. Experience in large-scale To B enterprise service product development is preferred;

11. Experience in e-commerce platform research and development, e-commerce management system, warehousing system, logistics system, payment system, etc. is preferred.

1. Responsible for the establishment, training and management of Indonesian technical team;

2. Responsible for project engineering design, architecture optimization, code review, etc;

3. Responsible for technical investigation analysis, project task allocation, and management.
