Uraian Tugas5+ years in backend or full‑stack software engineering. Strong system design skills and database expertise (SQL / NoSQL). Proficiency in one or more : TypeScript / Node.js, Go, Python, or Java. Experience deploying to AWS, GCP, or Azure; comfortable with Docker / Kubernetes. Working knowledge of applied AI / ML (using models, embeddings, or automation frameworks). Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent hands‑on experience. Bonus : experience mentoring teams, leading small squads, or contributing to open‑source projects. Competitive salary with growth‑based incentives.

What You’ll Do
Lead a high‑performing, cross‑functional squad (3–4 engineers) to deliver secure, scalable, cloud‑native products.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end delivery : design, build, and operate cloud‑native services and APIs.
- Architect backend systems, integrations, and data flows for performance and integrity.
- Embed applied‑AI features (automation, recommendations, analytics) into workflow modules.
- Uphold engineering excellence : CI / CD, testing strategy, observability, documentation, and code quality.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers; guide design reviews and technical decisions.
- Partner with Singapore‑based product and business teams to translate requirements into technical roadmaps.
