Our Client is leading multinational Health-care company with strong brand presence globally. They are looking for high-calibre talents to join their local team and to aid their vision of expansion in Indonesia.

Job Description

• Lead any corporate action like fund-raising or IPO
• Participate in annual budgeting and monthly estimates process
• Maintain several separate P / Ls at one time, per product category and / or per brand for management reporting
• Consolidate the results and ensure local statutory compliance
• Business partner with the other departments to support the execution of business planning and analysis
• Participate in financial accounting activities for local and regional business needs
• Ensure all financial information is being presented on timely manner
• In-depth knowledge of all financial related matters; including but not limited to local statutory compliance
• Support any audit activity
• Any other ad-hoc assignments

The Successful Applicant

• Local Indonesian only
• Prior experience within Multinational FMCG Company is a must
• Seasoned strong finance leader with can-do attitude
• Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong track record within consumer business
• Multinational company background is a must
• Experience in coaching or leading a team
• Familiar with matrix reporting structure
