Job Description

Lead the development and execution of Finfra’s product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

Lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact products and enhancements.

Strengthen customer and partner experience through intuitive, data-driven product solutions.

Drive continuous improvement in product development processes and stakeholder collaboration.

Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and outcome-focused execution.

Translate user needs and market insights into scalable, user-centric solutions.

Guide the discovery, design, and delivery of features that support business performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.

Proven background in fintech or technology-driven financial services.

Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.

Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional product teams and complex product lifecycles.

Adept at balancing short-term delivery with long-term vision.

Strong organizational and planning capabilities, with attention to detail and product quality.

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
