Uraian TugasBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Data Analytics. Have 8-12 years experience in corporate strategy, analytics, consulting, or performance management. Startup or high-growth environment experience is a strong plus, reflecting adaptability and entrepreneurial thinking. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to synthesize complex data into clear insights. Highly organized, proactive, and effective in cross-functional collaboration.
Job Description :
- Analyze financial, operational, and performance data to identify key drivers, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports for management review and strategic decision-making.
- Partner with BUs to diagnose challenges, co-develop improvement plans, and track strategic initiatives.
- Conduct cross-BU benchmarking to promote best practices and synergy opportunities.
- Consolidate insights to present a unified Group performance view for the Chairman and senior management.
- Support special projects, M&A reviews, and transformation programs across the Group.
- Prepare concise, insight-driven presentations and reports for management forums.
