Senior Analyst - Claims Advisory

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims Operations team at PT Marsh. This hybrid role is based in Jakarta and requires working in the office at least three days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end handling of large and complex claims across Property, Energy, CAR / EAR, Marine, Liability, Cyber, Business Interruption and more.
• Review policy coverage, warranties, endorsements and exclusions to determine claim strategy.
• Coordinate and guide loss adjusters, forensic accountants, engineers, recovery specialists, surveyors and legal advisors.
• Act as primary claims advisor for key corporate accounts, providing strategic guidance and leading client meetings and negotiations.
• Negotiate settlements with insurers, reinsurers and other stakeholders to secure favorable outcomes.
• Ensure all claims processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal SOPs, maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
