We are expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to lead and strengthen our financial management, reporting, and strategic decision-making processes.

Job Purpose
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of PT Amara Estate Development, including accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, cash flow management, and compliance with statutory regulations. This position requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in managing finances within the property or real estate development industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor budget performance throughout the fiscal year.
Supervise all accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Monitor daily cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for project and operational needs.
Ensure all financial practices comply with Indonesian laws and regulations (OJK, DJP, etc.).
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
Master’s degree (S2) or CPA / CA qualification is highly preferred.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial finance role, preferably within property development, construction, or hospitality industries.
Proven track record in managing complex financial structures, project budgeting, and cash flow analysis.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Xero, or SAP).
Advanced MS Excel and financial modeling skills.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, PSAK, and investment structures.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
High integrity and strong sense of responsibility.
Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Detail-oriented and capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines.
