What You’ll Do

  • Hunt for new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social selling, and networking.
  • Build relationships with HR leaders, decision-makers, and business owners.
  • Conduct product demos and clearly communicate how KAMI Workforce’s solutions solve customer pain points.
  • Consistently build, manage, and close a healthy pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop winning sales strategies.
  • Crush your targets — and celebrate big wins.

Requirements

🤩 What We're Looking For :

  • Proven sales experience – 2–4 years of proven success in B2B or SaaS sales .
  • Tech-savvy – You understand the latest trends in SaaS and how they can be leveraged by businesses.
  • A hunter’s mindset — ambitious, persistent, and aggressive in chasing opportunities.
  • Excellent relationship builder – You know how to connect with clients on their level and build lasting partnerships.
  • Dynamic communication skills – You can convey value propositions with charm and clarity, whether in person, over the phone, or in writing.
  • A team player – You thrive in collaborative environments and are motivated to contribute to team success.
