Join our team as a Store Supervisor and lead a dynamic sales team towards success! We're looking for a target-oriented, customer-focused, and fashion-savvy leader to drive sales and deliver outstanding service.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and give good direction to the Sales Team
- Need to be able to sell
- Prioritize customer satisfaction
- Target oriented and have a great urge to sell
- Selling fashion luxury brands
- Delivering standard service excellence to the customer, based on SOP
- Mastering knowledge and information related to the brand and become a fashion consultant to customers
- Develop a relationship with existing and new customers
- Consistently contributing sales by accomplishing store monthly target
- Controlling product stock availability
- Controlling product and display material is in good condition
- Controlling the display is clean and in accordance with guidelines
