Treasurer
Our client, an Education Technology company located in Central Jakarta, is looking for a Treasurer to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing processes, billing schedules, and service documentation.
• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Oversee payment processing, banking transactions, and vendor settlements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with account reconciliation, month-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and transaction analysis for management.
• Support audit processes and ensure compliance with accounting and tax procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in treasury, finance operations, or accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Accurate, Coretax).
• High attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Able to handle confidential financial information with integrity and professionalism.
