Position Summary
The Business Growth Strategy (Mandarin Speaker) is responsible for driving business growth and market expansion in East Asia through strategic partnerships and collaboration with corporate partners. While the company’s core products serve B2C customers, this role focuses on developing and managing B2B relationships that accelerate consumer growth, improve market reach, and strengthen the company’s local presence. This role requires frequent communication with Mandarin‑speaking partners; therefore, fluency in Mandarin is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies in East Asia to support B2C expansion through partnerships and strategic collaborations.
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with corporate partners such as financial institutions, fintech companies, and digital platforms.
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that drive mutual value, user acquisition, and market penetration.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to design partnership initiatives that enhance consumer reach and engagement.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, partnership opportunities, and regional insights.
- Monitor business performance, evaluate partnership effectiveness, and report key results using KPIs and OKRs.
- Ensure all business and partnership activities comply with company policies, local regulations, and risk management standards.
- Represent the company in business meetings, presentations, and events to strengthen regional networks and brand positioning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or growth strategy, preferably within fintech, financial services, or consumer technology.Proven experience working with corporate partners or institutional stakeholders in East Asia.Strong understanding of B2C product growth dynamics and partnership‑based expansion models.Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning skills.Proficiency in CRM and data analysis tools for tracking performance and insights.Strong communication, presentation, and cross‑cultural collaboration abilities.Fluency in Mandarin (mandatory) — candidates who are not fluent may not be considered.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in a fast‑paced, regional environment.Please submit your CV to with email SUBJECT : Business Growth Strategy – Name
