Overview
What Will You Do :
- Develop and oversee enterprise sales strategies and execution plans for new merchant acquisition.
- Personally lead major client pursuits, focusing on top-tier strategic enterprise accounts.
- Manage, coach, and grow the Enterprise Sales team to build strong “hunter” capabilities.
- Monitor team pipeline development, sales activities, and ensure achievement of acquisition targets.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Product, Risk, Finance, Legal, Tech) to customise solutions and close deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives at targeted companies.
- Oversee negotiation of commercial agreements to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Provide regular performance reporting to the SVP of Enterprise Sales, highlighting wins, challenges, and projections.
- Represent DOKU externally in key enterprise sales events, business forums, and networking circles.
- Continuously scout market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategy and maintain competitiveness.
