Uraian TugasMinimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, project management, or a related field, with a focus on electrical systems and commissioning activities. Experience working with OEM's would be ideal. Proven track record of successfully managing and commissioning electrical projects, preferably in industrial or commercial settings. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and relevant industry standards and regulations. Ability to prioritize safety, quality, and efficiency in all aspects of site management and commissioning activities. Ideally located in China / Batam or open to relocating to either location. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make critical decisions under pressure.
