Requirements : Hold a bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field; additional certifications in training and development are a plus. Demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in training design, facilitation, and program management. Possess strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation methodologies. Have experience with training tools and software, including learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms. Exhibit a strong commitment to fostering a collaborative and engaging learning environment. Responsibilities : Develop and deliver engaging training programs on various topics, including skills development, compliance, and professional growth. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations, and recommend tailored training solutions. Create and update training materials, ensuring all content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with industry standards. Collaborate with department managers to schedule training sessions and minimize operational disruptions. Ensure all safety and compliance protocols are followed in training activities, fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment.
