Your Role
Formulate strategies for the online platform and be responsible for driving growth, developing the channel to meet revenue and growth targets, leading the team and cross‑functionally executing a comprehensive online sales and e‑commerce business plan, and tracking sales trends to identify opportunities for growth.
A Typical Day
- Develop a sales strategy and mentor, manage and motivate the inside sales team in the Makassar area to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Develop new business opportunities and grow sales through new market penetration.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding products or services.
- Collaborate and maintain communications between sales, marketing, supply chain, after‑sales and other personnel as well as customers and suppliers.
- Cooperate closely with key information owners in e‑commerce channels.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s Degree.Proven experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy.Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.Strong communication ability (both written and spoken).Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions.Ability to tackle demands of ever‑evolving technological implementations with ease.Both reactive and proactive, working efficiently and flexibly to deliver results.Eye for detail and ability to interpret market trends and sales tracks to translate into meaningful, useful information that informs decision‑making.Builds trust, good working relationships and communicates effectively with colleagues and across functions, managing changing priorities with ease.Keeps the consumer and customer front of mind, bringing an outside‑in perspective to encouraging cross‑collaboration, utilizing diversity and encouraging open feedback.Where you’ll be
You will be based remotely in Surabaya and will report operationally to the Regional Sales Manager.
