Following strong traction and product validation, Cyberr is now entering its commercial growth phase. We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead our go-to-market efforts, close early customers, and help shape the foundation of our sales strategy as we scale across Europe and North America.
The Role
As Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in taking Cyberr to market. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact position ideal for a commercially driven professional who thrives in a fast‑paced startup environment and wants to be part of building something from the ground up.
You will work directly with the CEO to identify and engage cybersecurity employers, convert qualified leads, and build strong, lasting client relationships. You will also help define our sales process, messaging, and market positioning, acting as both a top‑performing salesperson and a strategic partner in shaping Cyberr’s go‑to‑market playbook.
This role combines sales execution with commercial creativity, offering the opportunity to not only close deals but also influence the company’s growth direction, pricing strategy, and customer success approach.
Responsibilities
You will drive new business acquisition by identifying, engaging, and converting cybersecurity employers into paying clients. You will manage the entire sales cycle from outreach to close, ensuring exceptional client experience and strong retention. You will collaborate with the CEO and marketing team to refine ICPs, messaging, and outreach campaigns. You will build and maintain a structured sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics and conversion rates. You will provide feedback from the field to shape product development and go‑to‑market strategy.
You will contribute to the creation of scalable sales playbooks and processes for future hires.
About You
You are a proactive and ambitious commercial professional with a proven record in B2B SaaS sales. You enjoy selling directly but think strategically about how to make the process repeatable. You are data‑driven, self‑motivated, and able to operate independently while collaborating closely with leadership.
You have experience closing deals in SaaS, HRTech, or recruitment technology environments, ideally selling to HR or tech decision‑makers. You are excited by the opportunity to join a growing company at the ground floor, where your impact will be direct, visible, and foundational to future success.
Requirements
You have at least five years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales, ideally within HRTech, talent acquisition, or related fields. You have a proven record of managing full sales cycles and exceeding quotas. You are a strong communicator and negotiator with excellent relationship‑building skills. You bring a strategic mindset and can turn insights into repeatable systems. You are comfortable operating in early‑stage environments where speed and adaptability are essential. Familiarity with cybersecurity, recruitment, or technical hiring is a plus.
