Collections Manager

Fully responsible for the Collection process, especially for SME products by monitoring the SME portfolio in Pre-Collection and after due date by carrying out Collection strategies and plans with a litigation or persuasive approach based on standard procedures and the Code of Ethics.

Responsibilities

• Set up Collection strategy for SME products
• Set up and review periodically to Standard Procedure of Collection SME.
• Conduct continuous communication with Business team that handles SME, to communicate any potential overdue accounts.
• Provide assistance and advice to Business on SME Collection cases
• Execute the Summons Letter, Warning Letter or Litigation process if necessary.
• Doing direct visits to borrowers in the verification process and case settlement.
• Responsible for monitoring every ongoing legal process as company representative joining with Legal.
• Collaborating on Collection Third Party to resolve cases.
