PT FWD Insurance Indonesia (“FWD Insurance”), a joint-venture insurance company and a part of FWD Group, previously known as PT Commonwealth Life, has successfully merged with PT FWD Life Indonesia (“FWD Life”) as of 1 December 2020 and will be known as FWD Insurance.

The merger of FWD Life and FWD Insurance has led to a more comprehensive range of products, including unit-linked insurance, individual & group term life insurance, individual & group personal accident insurance, and group medical insurance through technology driven-distributions such as agency, bancassurance, e-commerce, and corporate.

  • Collaborate with business units and key stakeholders to understand their IT requirements and demands.
  • Facilitates and actively participates in IT Demand prioritization meetings with appropriate stakeholder groups;
  • Coordinate with other IT teams to assess the feasibility and capacity for fulfilling demand requests.
  • Work closely with IT Business Analysts & IT Developers in assessing the demand
  • Evaluate and prioritize incoming IT demands based on business impact, resource availability, and strategic alignment.
  • Develops processes to ensure that aging, lower-priority demands are not perpetually deferred;
  • Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all IT Demand-related tasks
  • Constructs relevant assessment criteria and formulae to support objective IT demand prioritization
  • Monitor and report on the status of demand requests, ensuring transparency and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Provides reports and dashboards to provide transparency into demand backlog, trends, and current pipeline;
  • Develop and maintain an IT demand management framework and processes to streamline the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of IT demands.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and proactively propose recommendations for optimizing IT demand management.
  • Recommends processes to receive, assess, and approve submitted demand records.

Qualification :

  • Have an experience on Insurance Industry Have an experience on Business Analyst would be a plus point
  • Have a knowledge or experience on Agile / SAFe Experience
  • Have an experience on ITIL
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Experience with and thorough understanding of key factors that drive business value and impact;
