About the Job : Are you ready to take on a senior role with a rapidly growing E-Commerce brand?

We’re on the lookout for a top-notch Gorgias Technical Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.

This role involves handling Email, Data Analysis, Live Chat, Troubleshooting, Technical Support, and more.

It’s an exciting opportunity to be part of one of the fastest-growing companies in the E-Commerce space and contribute to our continued success.

The Gorgias Team is looking for candidates who embody our Core Values : putting the customer first, striving for excellence, being 100% honest, taking extreme ownership, and maximizing impact.

The role operates from 8 AM to 5 PM CET, Saturday through Wednesday.

Responsibilities : Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Gorgias CRM.

Manage Email, Data Analysis, Live Chat, and Troubleshooting tasks.

Address customer queries efficiently and handle backlogs.

Maintain professional and engaging communication with a focus on quality.

Ensure effective use of Gorgias by brands.

Requirements : Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience is required.

Familiarity with Gorgias or similar CRMs is a plus.

Proficiency in English and strong organizational skills.

Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting.

Technical ability, problem-solving skills, and flexibility.

Leadership or management experience is desirable.
