Role Overview :
The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of the property. This includes ensuring the smooth operation of the property, addressing any building issues, and maintaining a high standard of service for tenants. The Property Manager will also be responsible for controlling and monitoring various aspects of the property to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the daily operations of the property, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations
- Monitor and control property expenses to ensure budget compliance
- Coordinate with various departments to address and resolve any building issues
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Manage tenant requests and ensure timely resolution of any issues
- Prepare and present regular reports on property performance and operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve property management processes
- Maintain accurate records of property activities, including maintenance schedules and tenant communications
