About The Role
The Vendor & Contract Management Intern (“Admin”) is responsible for the administrative works of Vendor Management & Contract Management, Documents Tracker & Archiving to help the operational business of the Company.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end administrative process of Vendor & Contract Management to fulfill the Users and / or Regulatory needs, such as Vendor Registration
- Proactively liaise with the Procurement Buyer for Vendor documents requirement, all of type of agreement.
- Maintain the internal Tracker for end-to-end Vendor & Contract Management Daily Roles
