Job Description

• Coordinate about import process - Ensure that all documents are completed as standard such as and not limited to invoices, packing list, bills of landing, PEB, PIB etc. - Coordinate with internal team, customs, shipping companies and other relevant parties - Provide clear information and solutions when communicating with customers - Track delivery and provide reports to customers and management - Other responsibilities as needed
