Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using various platforms and methods
- Create job descriptions and post job openings on appropriate channels
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and qualifications
- Provide guidance and support to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
- Establish best practices in talent acquisition and team cohesion
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological development
Requirements
Willingness to learn with strong organisational and time management skillsProven experience as a recruiter or in a similar roleStrong understanding of recruitment processes and techniquesAbility to build relationships with clients and candidatesProficiency in using recruitment software and job boardsAccess to your own computer / laptop and internet accessExperience in conducting high volume of interviews in English would be an advantageExcellent communication and interpersonal skills - if you enjoy interacting with people this is the role for you!Benefits
