Role Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Sales Manager with solid hands-on experience in software sales, preferably in the HRMS / Payroll domain. The candidate should have prior experience managing a small team (2-3 members) and must be based in Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive direct sales of HRIS software solutions to small and medium businesses (SMBs) in Jakarta and nearby regions.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a small sales team (2-3 members), ensuring target achievement.
- Manage individual sales performance and targets as well as overall team targets, providing necessary coaching and corrective actions.
- Conduct in-person client meetings, product demos, and solution presentations.
- Identify new market opportunities, develop a healthy sales pipeline, and close deals.
- Build strong client relationships to enable upsell, cross-sell, and long-term account retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, support, marketing) to ensure customer success.
- Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and local sales intelligence to HQ.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5-7 years of successful sales experience in software / SaaS solutions; HRMS / Payroll product sales experience is strongly preferred.Proven team management experience (managed 2-3 team members).Working knowledge with CRM Tools.Strong understanding of consultative selling, solution selling, and B2B sales cycles.The existing local business network in Jakarta will be a significant advantage.Ability to manage both individual and team sales targets effectively.verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.Self-starter with high energy, integrity, and a strong work ethic.Bachelor's degree or higher.Language Requirements
