Physical Flow Supervisor is part of Supply Chain Department in Wiper Aftermarket Site, located in Batam Island. We focus on achieving & maintaining % of customer satisfaction for our customer around the world! You will lead, engage and develop team to improve safety, quality, cost, delivery & motivation to meet Site and Group target.

You will :

• Take charge in safety standards deployment to achieve 0 safety issue in logistic operation.
• Ensure the quality of delivery to achieve 0 customer logistic incident .
• Improve the competitiveness by optimizing logistic cost within or below the budget.
• Monitor and reduce CO² from warehousing & transport operation.
• Engage in collaborative workshop to maintain continuous improvement .
• Improve the agility of physical flow team.
