Ensure automated tests run consistently within our CI environment. Drive reliability and speed through tooling integration.
Partner with developers, architects, analysts, and product owners across verticals like Digital, Core Banking, and more.
Provide code and test reviews, offer guidance, and mentor junior SDETs to build a culture of learning and excellence.
Investigate production issues, identify test gaps, and lead efforts to improve quality and stability through systemic fixes.
Help define the vision for BECU’s Testing CoE, and drive the execution of our roadmap to uplift our testing maturity.
Act as the subject matter expert for testing frameworks. Troubleshoot tool adoption issues and remove roadblocks for teams.
Own synthetic data generation processes and develop reporting on org-wide testing health and performance.
