Uraian TugasMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in the retail industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Proven experience in managing large teams (20+ people) in a retail environment, especially in the beauty or fashion industry. Strong knowledge of store operations, including inventory management and sales reporting. Ability to plan and manage in-store events. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate the team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and management. Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays if required. Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Job Description :
- Supervise and ensure the smooth operation of daily store activities.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures in accordance with company standards.
- Plan and execute in-store events to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Provide training, development, and guidance to the team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Ensure all team members understand and follow operational procedures and company policies.
- Monitor and manage store inventory.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
