We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Engineer to join our team for a long-term assignment at a remote site location. The ideal candidate will have a background in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mining Engineering and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry. This role requires a dedicated professional who is available for a 6 / 2 weeks roster basis and is proficient in operating design software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, and other design / modeling software.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the company's site representative, providing technical support for the client teams during the engineering and construction phases of the project.
• Collaborate with the client's team, the company's home engineering offices, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee construction projects at remote site locations. Report to the home office engineering team for any site problems and liaise with the client or contractor to troubleshoot.
• Ensure that the construction works undertaken by contractors are in accordance with the latest design drawings or models and highest industry practices.
• Ensure the quality of work undertaken by contractors meets project specifications and standards.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
• Utilize design software (AutoCAD, MicroStation, or other software) to create and review project / work plans.
• Conduct site inspections and sign off on behalf of the company.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and required documentation.
