We are seeking a dynamic and Certified or Experienced Project Manager to lead our team in successfully delivering projects from conception to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising various projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing successful projects.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clear expectations.
Monitor project progress and performance, proactively identifying and addressing issues and risks.
Communicate project status updates to clients, management, and team members.
Lead project budgets and resources effectively, tracking expenses and optimizing allocation.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

10 years as minimum of proven success managing complex projects from initiation to completion for High Voltage Substation Projects.

Strong leadership and team management skills, including motivation and inspiration.

English fluency, Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, focused on relationship building and collaboration.

Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in project management software (, Microsoft Project, Asana).

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset.
