In your role as a Project Manager in Infineon Back End Development, you will be accountable for the overall project success. You will lead a diverse cross functional project team and will be responsible for all operational decisions in the project and for the successful achievement of all project targets.In your new role you will :
- Manages and controls entire project life cycle and ensure successful hand over of project to sustaining function
- Manages a diverse project team from different functional roles. Assigns tasks / work packages to Project Team Members and holds them accountable
- Ensures successful project execution through continuously assessing progress and risks
- Manage deviations and drive project teams to mitigate problems and risks that arise in the course of the project
- Responsible in the operational decisions in the project and successful achievement of project targets (timeline, scope, budget)
- Establish relationship with various stakeholders, negotiate and intervene when conflict situation arises.
You are best equipped for this task if you have :
Bachelor degree with experiences in Project Management Frameworks and MethodologiesStrong in Project Planning and Scheduling. Understanding of project planning techniques, including scope definition, work breakdown structure (WBS), scheduling, and resource allocation.Good proficiency in communication and leadership skills including conflict resolutionPossess knowledge in risk management principles, including risk identification, assessment, prioritization, and mitigationFamiliarity with budgeting and cost management techniques, including cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control.Benefits
