What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in FMCG or dairy / food production.

Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A).

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for process improvement.

Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

As we scale our operations, we are looking for a Finance Controller who can bring strong financial leadership, deep manufacturing cost insights, and a strategic mindset to help steer our growth sustainably.

What You’ll Do

Lead all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance.

Monitor production costs, yield analysis, inventory valuation, and cost control specific to dairy manufacturing operations.

Partner with supply chain, operations, and sales to ensure financial efficiency across the value chain.

Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment planning to support business needs.

Ensure timely and accurate month-end / year-end close processes, audit preparation, and tax compliance.

Build and lead a high-performing finance team that supports day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.

Develop and improve internal controls, SOPs, and ERP systems to support scale
