Uraian Tugas

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Alliances and Channels Manager to lead the growth and optimization of NetSuite partner ecosystem. This role will serve as the key liaison between our organization and its external partners, ensuring alignment on strategy, policy, and performance.

Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the key partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical / business skills in area of specialization.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, strong collaborator, and experienced in managing channel relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Program Leadership :

Serve as the first point of contact for all inquiries related to the partner program, including frameworks, policies, and governance. Provide clarity and guidance to both internal and external stakeholders on program details and compliance requirements.

  • Stakeholder Liaison :
  • Act as the primary interface between external partners and internal departments (., sales, marketing, product, legal). Facilitate seamless collaboration and communication to ensure mutual success and alignment.

  • Performance Reviews & Planning :
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate regular partner performance reviews (monthly and quarterly), including agenda development, data analysis, and follow-up on action items. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance partner performance and engagement.

  • Ecosystem Development :
  • Continuously assess and evolve the existing partner ecosystem. Identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and deeper engagement across key partner segments.

  • Partner Recruitment :
  • Identify gaps in geographic or capability coverage within the partner ecosystem. Strategically recruit and onboard new partners to enhance reach, fill gaps, and meet evolving business needs.

    Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in alliances, channels, partnerships, or business development roles
  • Strong understanding of partner programs, ecosystems, and indirect sales models
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional meetings and strategic reviews
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from partner data
  • Self-starter with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience in the ERP and SaaS industry an advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM and partner management tools (., Salesforce, PRM platforms)
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems
  • Demonstrated track record developing and managing partnerships and driving partner account activities
  • Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills
  • Career Level - IC4
