Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Achieving own yearly budget on Sales, Margin and AR 2. Develop the business in the segment & maintain relationship with key accounts 3. Willing to travel Overseas and domestically for customer visits 4. Forecast, set budgets, timely review & update service sales estimates in segment as required 5. Set sales, margin, collection & customer feedback targets for Sales and regularly review their performance 6. Monitor & report order intake, Sales, Margin, AR & other Sales KPI monthly or as required 7. Draft & negotiate with customers sales contracts, conduct review process according to Goltens Sales guidelines 8. Timely arrange for and conduct kick off meeting to ensure a seamless handover of all closed order intake to delivery 9. Assume accountability for cost efficient sales team activity planning 10. Coordinate and reasonably request Sales Support team on part orders, proposals and offering administration 11. Collect and communicate market intelligence and competitor information 12. Handling customer complain 13. Develop & maintain customer satisfaction
