- Conduct research and analysis customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform strategic decisions and process improvements.
- Run and facilitate cross-functional collaboration by running cadence meetings with relevant internal functions to track progress, address challenges, and drive alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and identify automation opportunities.
- Work with stakeholders to implement process changes that address business needs and objectives.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track project progress and measure business performance.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and suggestions for optimizing processes and workflows.
- Create and maintain documentation such as business process diagrams, use cases, and requirements specifications.
Requirements :
Bachelors or Masters degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Required Language : English and BahasaHighly detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills with the ability to analyses complex data sets and draw actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different functions of the organization.Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Adapt in MS Excel. Ability to convey the thought process in various formats like PPTs, Docs etc.
